Each dish was perfectly seasoned respecting the balance of the original flavors of the quality products and the aroma of elaborate sauces that perfectly enhanced the natural flavors. No wonder why this restaurant used to have a one star Michelin, which is still deserved today. We highly recommend the scallops which were cooked to perfection, very moist and tender inside while grilled outside. The fish stew was presented with its broth almost as sophisticated as what 3star Le Bernardin (Éric Ripert) offers in New York but with local sea food products instead. The desserts were equally amazing. Thank you. We will be back!"
